I’ll have to say I was really surprised at tonight’s outcome. But happy none the less. And yes, I stole that line form Kristen Baldwin. Kristen, you can take off the glasses now.

I will have to say this was my favorite Ford commercial but the going home vids were pretty unbelievable. It is amazing there are that many folks that would come out. I’ll bet each had 20-30,000 screaming fans. Adam had so many they had to go to 10 different locations just to see them all. And one left her shirt off when she went to see him. Too bad she’s on the wrong team. The two biggest crowds I remember for this was Carrie and Elliott. I think all three of these guys outdid both. I think this was also the most emotional I’ve seen. It was actually really fun to watch.

This that and the other thing:
1. Oh look! It’s ………Allison in the audience. That was worth watching the show for on its own merit. Now put her on stage....where she belongs.

2. Jordin looked stunning. How beautiful has she become? But that last face in the shadows looked more like Jennifer Hudson. Don’t know if I liked her new song. Would I buy it? Not sure. I’m glad she didn’t lip-synch her time on stage though.

3. Katy Perry comes out with an Adam Lambert/Elvis cape on. Whoa! No wonder Adam wanted to see Katy and Danny wanted to get the results now. I guess now Danny wishes there was much more singing…….and less results. Katy’s singing? Although she is quite attractive there’s a certain little 17 year old redhead in the audience that could sing and perform circles around her. And around, and around and around…….

4. Where the hell was the group song?! I guess next season everyone will sing one song top 12 and that will be it. I really was looking forward to hearing those 3 together.

5. OMG! Danny is gone and Kris sings in the final against “The Machine”. This will be very interesting. In fact it just may be more interesting than Danny/Adam. I hope Kris brings some of that “Heartless” work next week. I think that is what got him in the final.

6. This could be on of the best finals ever. It would have been the greatest if America hadn’t fallen asleep last week.

7. Shout out to Michael Slezak and Kristen Baldwin. It looks like America put the Go in Gokey.

8. Last but not least Allison is back next week!!!!! That’s what really matters. It doesn’t matter a whit who wins this next week. Not a bit and I hope they both perform like it.

I would like to congradulate Kris on an outstanding achievemet. With no face time (only he and Allison can make that claim from the top 13) he climbed the highest mountain. He has one more crevice to cross and he will have pulled off what many, myself included, thought impossible and will be regarded as the biggest upset in Idol history. And with only 1,000,000 votes separating the two this week, you almost have to give Kris the edge because where in the world do you think Danny's voate will go? I do hope neither cares who wins next week ans we see the most awesome of finals.
